Thanks for caring Heartcoppi, but sadly you cant change the world. Smokers have an addiction and will possibly only stop once they've made their mind up to do so. I stopped for four years and yup started again. Its obvious that you have issues on this subject and i dont know if there is perhaps a specific reason for this, but dont stress out to much about us smokers PS: some people get harregat and seem to make comments on this forum to get attention...

They were going to get a fine,and that was about it. Which we will probably end up paying in their markup anyway. Problem is most people have very short memeories since the scandal everyone was taking the micky out of the players, then someone posts a new post about cycle lab's new online shop and all of a sudden everyone is hopeing that cycle lab will give CWC a go. And woosh people rip out their credit cards to buy buy buy. Nevermind that these guys were implicated in the price fixing debacle. Seems everyoby has forgiven and forgotten. I personally will never support any of those stores again.

Thanks Baldbatman - great advise. I did the breathing, pulling with one foot stepping with the other, lowered my head, and repeated "ride lite" and it made a change. Tucking in the elbows sounds like another good idea. We went to Jonkers this past weekend and the first couple of KM was like riding against a brick wall the wind was pumping so hard Cervelo = love a challenge so to easy to avoid them Thanks for all the usefull tips guys!

Thanks! Very useful tips - especially the 'ride lite', I like that. And will confess that I do tend to hold onto the grips/handlebars very tightly when climbing!
