  1. Used to cramp badly until I started increasing Intesity and stretching. Subtle muscles fatigue slower and some OSOMO nutrition really helps with Cramping
  2. Maybe PPA can assist. Imagine the burdern that this familiy has to go thru

  4. Unfortunatley this years Epic villages will not be in the towns as like last years. In some cases its more than 8km's out. So I would take some cash plus a Credit card. Hoepfully ABSA will bring a mobile ATM
  5. From personal experience, Stick with the plan and start exercising, once you're Fat adapted you will see the weight loss
  6. Just did my first 3 hour MTB ride after 4 weeks on LCHF. Rode all of 60 Kim's on water and rode faster on this route than I ever had...losing 3kg's perhaps
