I live about the same distance as you from work an I started commutin on my bike 3 times a week and it's great! It's not such a far distance so I'm usually not very sweaty so it's fine. I also bought a pair of Shimano MT33 shoes for commuting and they're awesome! I have an extra pair if anyone wants.

Yep, road I am keen to do that ride, just not too sure if I can keep up with you. I haven't cycled since the 94.7 last year.

Hey guys,I used to cycle with the Alberton south guys but have moved to Fourways. Are there any weekend group rides that I can join or is there only Cycle lab? Please, I really need to get back into training.

This is ridiculous! I can't believe how bad "bike" crime has gotten... also a reason why I want to move Cape side... I'm keen for a big group ride otherwise perhaps another area besides Fourways/Broadacres side? I often cycle in the South/Alberton side and this does not happen as often as it does here in Fourways it seems.
