  18. Hey guys, I live in Cape Town and have been riding MTB for a couple years. I still can't: - do jumps - ride downhill that well - drop offs So advice on how and where to practise this? I am building an AM Intese 5.5 right now so I will have the bike for it Any links to tips/tutorials etc would help or if there is a company that can teach these techniques needed for AM riding that would also help. Thanks fellow hubbers
  19. That's also my route! good job!

I can't get into the dam site!!!!!!!
  22. DO NOT!!!!! I'm about the same height. I ride a medium MTB and i tried out my buddies Large MTB... It just feels wrong! Will be uncomfortable and you will lose confidence riding it. You can't get the right body position on a bike too big.
  23. A friend sent me this link: http://www.carbondrivesystems.com/ Looks kinda cool but I'm not sure... I wonder if there are local suppliers. What do you guys reckon?
  24. looks like fun. mmm.. wonder if I have time to do this
  25. Price for bikes and parts are not that bad actually. Check out Kite boarding... a Kite will set you back about 10k and 7k for a decent board. Also. Check out how much people drop on one night of boozing. Rather spend that money on bikes I say.
