any recommendations on good bike maintenance courses for the EPIC?

Ok so my question in regards of Cape Epic should you get a cheaper 2nd bike to do all your training on and spare your actual bike for the event or do you ride your actual bike for the Epic with every training session and repair every month?

Does anyone know whether Teresa used a coach for her epic preparation, also what kind of training did she do to get in such great form for how long?

So after a week of trying to get hold of someone at Emotioncycling, I finally got a Number for Grant. After numerous emails, smses, calls, he still doesn't get back to me in regards of getting a replacement frame on a merckx has anyone here had the misfortune of dealing with them before and what was your experience? Unfortunately they have taken over the distribution of Merckx frames from National cycles and it is apparent that they dont care about the consumer!

Do you maybe have contact details as the number on the site just keeps on ringing?
