question...do you think it is possible for someone to suddenly ride a 94.7 sub 3 if their results were as per below for previous years? 2010: 3:39 2011: 3:29 2012: 2:41

I bitch about their poor service, never name and shame them in public...quite a difference

the bike shop can count themselves lucky that I didn't stoop to that level to name and shame them on a public forum

think it might be time to look at that alternative.....also would be good seeing as it would help for J2C

my question is...just because I have had bad experiences going to that shop .....should that shop go and tell all his bike shop buddies what a bad customer you are, not stating the facts in regards of what they have broken every time a bike has gone into the "work shop" time to get a self help manual

quick question, do you think it is good business for a bike shop to banter to another shop about the customer if the customer had numerous bad experiences from the shop?
