Is the altitude standard hPA?

When I re-enter the current alt. it calibrates itself to another alt...

Hi Covie, I live in PTA. I know my current alt and home alt. I presume when you enter an air pressure level it overrides the current altitude given, and visa versa? Or do you need the current air pressure to stark off with?

Hi, I bought a Sigma BC2209 recently, still trying to figure out how the "Home Altitude", "Actual Altitude" and "Air pressure compensated for sea level" is interrelated. Not stated very good in the manual. Regards,

Hi to all Hubbers! I am interested in buying a second hand Scott Spark 50. It has +- 800km on it and approx. 1 year old(new) with all components stock. The current asking price is 10k. I noticed the new 2011 stock is imminent for SA with the 2010 Spark 50 going for 17k at Hotspot Cycles... Any comments? Regards, WJ
