Hi Vaniri, Just a quick question. I train 8 hours a week, as part of being "race" fit. What is the crossover point you are refering to ?

My Scott Spark came in at 13 KG on a Parktool Digital Meter. Getting weenie crazy I'm hoping for 11.5 KG.

I will most probably never use something else again. If you have more than two bikes its easy to use the same cleats , it's a generic fit.

Wich set is supposed to be the lightest ? On which set must I invest to make lighter? Which weelset is the lightest without wheels and cassette? How can I reduce the weight of the SL's ? Hi Niel, Ek ry met Juicy 3.5 wat al 2 jaar oud is, en loop nogsteeds soos 'n droom! Meeste van die Scott Spark '09/'10 modelle tot en met die Spark 35 het met Juicy 3.5 uitgekom. Kan nie dink die verskil tussen die 3.0 en 3.5 is so groot nie... Dit is rerig goeie waarde vir geld. Ek sien hulle gaan vir R1400 by CWC uitsluitend posgeld, pas perfek in jou begroting. Groete,
