Went to Registration at the Dome today. I was totally underwhelmed. NO goody bag, expo weak and largely not even cycling related. I was at the Cape Cycle Tour earlier this year and theirs was substantially better. I fear its become too expensive to get a stall, even those that were there only offered goods at the same prices as in the retail stores. What a waste of time, if you have not been, don't bother, just get one of your mates to pick up your number. Sadly Disappointing.

Nice produce Range, seemingly good prices, But terrible delivery. Placed an order, paid and waited 3 months to find out 2/3 of the order shipped, the 3rd parcel was returned to them. Don't waste your time or money. Goods from China to south Africa parcel post through Sweden ! Don't bother, I wont be ordering from them again.

Just got back from SANDELA, in a word CRAP ! Course was 10km of nice single track followed by 10km beachsand, then 10 km of windy, windy that was boring, unpleasant seemed put together by someone with little biking expierience and even less sence of direction. The last 10km track was secondary road, then do it all again !!! The marshals were useless and had no idea where on the course they were.... No distance markers to be seen anywhere. All the marshals "dissapeared" at 2.00 oclock and there were still a number of riders on the course who were all left to their own devices to find the finish. Earlier in the day there were numerous cowboys on quads tearing up the course could not even one of them played sweep ? Overall impression ? Not worth the entrance fee, or the drive out there. AVOID this event, if youre not a racing snake. I won't go back and I'll make sure I tell all my riding buddies the same. Advise to organisers, just a handfull of potential winners but lots more riders who arrive, pay and also want to be treated like they count.

Its always good to see "New" talent. The attitude and the showmanship are great spice for the sport.

Rode this morning, Blue Route, Great workout, still a little sandy and grassy in plases, but will wear in with use. Weel done to Grant, and Riccy Hope you get lots of support, I will surely be back as a frequent flier. Bravo !

Use what works for you. I ride MTB with a San Marco Rolls. Cumfy like an old pair of slippers. Would'nt change it for the world. Are you trying to win a beauty competition, or finish a ride with your privates in shape ?
