Wind has picked up in Fish Hoek, make sure you all have your spinnakers attached to your bikes, it will be a sail from Smits. If no spinnaker wear a huge cycling top that will do the trick too Ha ha ha. Chill guys it's only a race/ride it's not the end of the world

Ok Ladies and to those guys that smaak guys. I can confirm that Matt is doing the Argus. Matt & his brother are riding Gary Marescia tandem on the day. They will start at the civic center they are riding under the banner of M.A.D. leaving in the charity group. Now ladies - Gary bike is a red trek, so look carefully when all tandems pass. The bike set up is happening tomorrow evening at 6pm at the hotel, am sure you all know what hotel, of not pm me. We tried every excuse in the book, why we need to go along to assist Gary with the set up. Sadly No Go Gary will be going alone. Gary is under strict instructions to get Brad and George cell number for us. Am sure Gary will have some pictures taken which I will post. Ronelle did you get the nod to take the pictures? Hi Turtlek. Over OKW at the bottom turn left continue on that road until you see signs for Hout Bay. The best and quickest would be the highway.
