Unfortunatley LOOK don't do a track specific pedal....as yet. Most top Track cyclists I have seen use the Keo Carbon, because of the fact that you can set the release tension up to 18NM....which is LOADS!!

If anybody in the Jhb/Pta want to test the Quartz'es...please PM me. I can circulate the pair Mampara tested.

Hi Mampara, I hope you enjoyed testing the pedals....and thanks for posting your review! In relation to the un-clipping issue. The Quartz'es you tested was supplied with a 15deg release cleats, a slower release (20deg) will also be available....for guys that prefer it. Specification diagram:

Negative reviews? .....all I have received are positive...Just back from Europe...currently the fastest selling MTB pedal...there...and in the USA. People rave about them!! Unlike other pedals you need to use the spacers (experiment with the different thicknesses ) under the cleats....that's the secret behind them...as u get need to get your shoe's sole in contact with the pedal platform...get that right...pure magic.
