We will have our normal Wednesday ride from CWCycles again this week. Remember that we will have 2 starts. 1 at 18.15 for the not so fit riders and 18.30 for the fit riders. Very important to remember. No helmet and no lights give you a NO ride. See you all.

Hi Everybody. We will not have a night ride this coming Wednesday - 16th June. It is a public holiday and I presume that most of you will do a nice ride during the day and off course it is Bafana Bafana that is playing that evening against Uruguay. We cant miss it and we have to support them. We will be ready for Wednesday the 23rd June again.

Thanks to all that attend last nights ride. It was lekker cold but super. I must say that I never thought that we would have many riders last night due to the cold but was most supprised when the most riders so far this season. 63 started - 4 more turned uo for this ride. Many new faces. Last night we done a different route start and went over Majic forest untill Poplars, then onto Tiekie draai past the Durbanville cellars . Then we turned right onto Contermanskloof , over Malans Hoogte till the T Junction. Here ou birthday boy JJ took the not so fit riders home on the Adderley road back to the shop. About 30 riders turned left and then right onto the Occondale road - nice gravel - which were very nice and then we all went back on Wellington road to CW Cycles - about 60km. What a stunning ride . Thank you all for attending this ride and I hope that you all will be back next Wendesday.

Lets hope that the weather will be perfect again on Wendesday. We will have 2 groups again- 1St leaving at 18.15 and the fast one at 18.30. Last week we had 69 riders and I am sure that we will have the same if not more depending on the weather. We are also planning to change the route slightly being more exited. Please bring a buddy with and do not be late. If you are not fit enough then you must start with the 18.15 group. The riders starting at 18.30 is riding a bit harder and faster than the 18.15 group till the point where they catch the 18.15 riders. Good luck and we are looking forward to some new faces.
