What a great evening we had last night. The most cyclist ever - 69 - and the evening was fantastic. Thanks to everyone who took part last night. Thanks for stopping at all the red traffic lights. Hallo Raptor. Thanks for questions. We have no cost to ride with us. You just need a helmet as well as a front and rear light. The ride is not for the real beginners. You should have been riding a little already. 18.15 group does a average speed of about 20 / 25 kph and the 18.30 group 30kph. If you would get drop then we always regroup at certain parts of the route. We prefer 1st timers to start at 18.15. Hope to see you all on Wendesday and try to bring a buddy with. We might have a supprise for you all..

Thanks to everyone who turned up last night for our weekly ride from Chris Willemse Cycles. Not only were it the most riders ever - 52 riders - but also a fantastic evening. The training group that left at 18.15 [ 16 riders ] and were only caught at Malans hoogte. It was nice seeing the main group of 36 riders closing the gap going up Malans hoogte. Specail word of thanks to everybody who did the ride last night as well as for JJ from Classic Cycles and WP chairman , Chris Basson who helped with the backup for the 18.30 group. At this stage only Wendesdays. Distance 18.15 is 48 km and 18.30 will be about 65Km

We will have our weekly night ride again this coming Wendesday evening from Chris Willemse Cycles in Tygervalley. Last week we had 48 riders. We will have two rides and will be as follows: 18.15. Not so fit riders and beginners. We will have a following service vehicle. 18.30. This is more for the fitter cyclist and they will also have a following vehicle behind them. Johny is a fantastic person and one of the few gentlemans in our game. Always have a joke, knows his cycling and never run someone down in public. We raced together for many years and he was one of the most clever riders in the game.

Sad to hear another dealer closed down. If OB were living in Cape Town I would have been the 1st person to contact him and offer him a position in our shop. Brilliant and trustable mecanic.

What a great turn out last night. The most this season so far. We had 48 riders at our night ride last night. This is a weekly ride starting at Chris Willemse Cycles every Wendesday night at 18.30. More good news As from Wendesday 26th May we will cater for two training groups." 18.15. This will be for the "not so fit " riders and we will have a backup service vehicle as well. 18.30. This is our normal group and will be for the riders that is fit. Remember this is not a racing night but a training night and we NEVER leave any cyclist behind.
