I know how hot it was for me driving around in that hired citi golf (which had no aircon !) so when I saw the Bianchi parked outside the garage shop I couldn't believe someone was crazy enough to ride in that heat! Little did I know that it was you, turtlek I'm glad that we could fit your bike into the car and that I could get you back to Simonstown to rest up for Sunday. You don't need to thank me. You're a good guy and it was a pleasure to be able to help you out .

They'll be putting up April's dates soon. Apparently they'll only have one instructor so classes will be limited to 5 people. Hope they can squeeze you in!

Jeez holy, just reading that made my eyes water! I think that all things considered you got off quite lightly as far as injuries go. Maybe a week or two off the bike to give your body a chance to heal isn't such a bad thing ... and have you considered trainer wheels?

We missed you turtlek - going to have to drag you out on the next one! What a great place to ride!! It was super to meet a lot of new "faces". Dirtrider, Dirt Queen is just the cutest supporter. Punt, I'm sorry that you didn't get to meet your girlfriend today. But don't give up hope, buddy! She's out there somewhere (probably just on some singletrack that we didn't get to ) There were no spectactular swan dives from me today *phew* but holy definitely made up for it with his mudbath

Ensuring that HR keeps his pants on might be a problem if he arrives without them. ... the real challenge is making sure he doesn't simply lose them I hope that he actually makes it to the Hub ride this time...unlike the last one! Making it there is easy ... making it past the first 2km not so much

Mands, I hope you're right. I don't mind a bit of mud but riding in the rain is not my idea of a fun way to spend a Sunday morning.
