The crowds were probably the only thing that kept me going at some points! So glad that they also decided to brave the winds out there

I had a great morning with you and Thuggie, HR - in spite of my appalling lack of bike skills That first drop-off/rolldown thingy right at the start made a huge dent in my confidence (you think next time we can do some flat stuff first???!) and then there was my fantastically execute swan-dive through the foliage to the river bed 15ft below. Where the hell are supercycling when stuff like that's happening to me?! My second "lap" was a lot ummm neater I agree with you about the medical aid details, holy. It doesn't help if you leave them in your car, people - if you're unconscious, the emergency personnel don't have time to go looking for the stuff! I think I saw that IceId have got a special on this month for 10% discount for hubbers or something - it'll be the best money you could spend!! Also, someone should suggest that they get a bike wash going similar to the one at Northern Farm.
