Hi Commuting is great...I do it too. It only helps with keeping your base and fitness. You should have two 1:30-2:00 hard rides. Tuesday and Thursday, ride Sat and Sun with one day 140+.

TNT1 - If it's my bike.....then even asking if you will take it questions the type of Hubber you are. A few bikes are being stolen at the moment...lets hope you are not one of the cyclists who goes through the pain of having your bike stolen. Thanks IBiker for the info and other hubbers for their support thus far. Once the bike is split up, it will be harder to trace, but is still possible. Please support me in finding this syndicate. Al I want is my bike back.

My Scott Addict R2 bike has just been stolen in Mountview, Cape Town. It's a medium frame, fitted with Dura ace 10 spd, ritchie carbon post, fizik saddle, Durace 1380 wheels, micro rocket pump, sram red compact crank with oval black blades....very unique. The bike had a number 436 on it. Fitted with kcnc blue clinchers. A second bike Black Marcello, fitted with a Sora groupset was also stolen in the break-in. Other valubles inclde a 42inch plasma Samsung TV as well as a 26 inch LG LCD TV. NONE OF THESE ITEMS WERE INSURED. If you hear of anything related to this incicent, please assist. Hi I am also in D AND IT WILL NOT BE EASY TO BREAK CLOSE TO 3:H00!! Once you hit the base of Suikerbossie and you still feel strong, then you will probably do a good time, but if you have not done it yet..be happy with 3:30 if you are lucky....Definitely not a walk in the park. I had several 10 speed cranks with 9 spd groupset. Chain worked perfectly.
