I may be mistaken but as far as I know anything legal has to be delivered and signed for. An email doesn't have any fire behind it. Wood or no wood. In order for legality, you have to have evidence the person accepted the proceedings. This is what I learnt by taking someone to the small claims court.

On the FB page where information is flowing there were posts that I found strange and sounded like they were being posted to distract the audience from the menace himself. From where I am now it appears they were very much legitimate and honest reports. So to anyone that I doubted I do apologize. If he ever reads this he will know who he is. Let us hope the net is closing in on this thief. To Belinda... well done on this. You certainly have a lot of support here.

Opinions and experiences are personal. So to each their own. I can relate to stuff you experience and then some I don't. To have many angles to view an experience is best. I got a hold of him on insta. I think he is legit. Shared a lot of information if it was him. But who knows. I have almost zero trust with anything. But then again this guy has very little concern about his personal information.

We all have our own interpretation of what happened here. What matters is how it is dealt with. As sad as this situation is no one can bring him back to life. We can all wish and say and do whatever we desire but due process has to follow now. Let us wish that things are dealt with in a respectful and proper manner. And we will all have our own interpretation of that too. There is the law and then there are personal feelings. It is tragic what has happened. Let's be respectful of the life lost and try to work forward in a positive manner. Happy Friday y'all. There is a family missing a member this weekend. So for me personally I am not interested in all the stats. The front 10 teams are what counts. They are all on their best game. No waiting for single track, no sitting under a bush to cool down and almost no stopping at the water points. There is also a funny clip somewhere of when a guy didn't stop at a water point and Karl made it his mission to catch that team and inform them how it works. These guys are there to win. They have the best of everything. So in my opinion... the quicker they go the less demanding the race becomes. Maybe less demanding is the wrong word. I also don't want to say easier as that is not what I mean. You can't count on Billy Bob Joe as a stat. Too many variables. But to each their own. I really enjoyed it when I did it. But I was young and not a fatty then. At this stage of the game I would still be doing the prologue right now.

I don't think that is a good way to look at it. In earlier days it was more affordable and therefore had a better class of riders. So a better finish rate. The people who can afford it now are not the same type of rider. They have money not riding skills. Buying a sworks won't make you finish.

I find it hard to believe she didn't know, but then that french case with the deranged husband came to mind. I hope they don't have kids! She better start facing reality. Not sad for him at all. I always look how fast the winning time is. To me that represents if it is getting easier or harder. After every year the people swear that it was the hardest. Just my 2c!
