I dont like taking my helmet off until I have finished my ride. Because to put a sweaty wet helmet back on after you have cooled down, just feels nasty. Plus you got to leave it somewhere more than likely in the way of you or someone else. Maybe that is why I dont do half way stops on a ride too ...
