Bought it in November 2020 replaced it in OCt 2022 and now not...

My thoughts also yes when they replaced it the first time. Then the new 2 years must kick in.

Where can i get a snippet of the act that will cover this?

My tacx flux died for the 2nd time and now garmin does not want to honour my warranty, say if they replace it once the new unit only holds a 90 day warranty. Anyone else had this?

Correct they are non finishers but may start again and ride with.

100% i agree, Def not on food or showers etc, everythig alreayd setup in wellington and bosch, and alot of people already not staying in tents and eating at BB etc...

where would you think they save money from now on with people falling out?
