Hi All, Planning a weekend away soon and wanna know within a radius of a 2hr drive from JHB which places are nice and reasonably priced for a camp/chalet and also has MTB tracks or if no designated tracks available then to take your bike and ride in the surrounding areas. Hi Colin, What works for one person will not work for the other , in my case PVM products does it for me , i stick to their energy bars - lots of variety to choose from. Gels dont seem to do it for me - tried a few varierties including the Whasp gels and found that i got nausea's - got similar experiences with GU and that orange packet - dunno if this is the primary cause or could be something else havent been able to identify the problem just yet. Anyway Good luck with your sales. PS: when is that Whasp energy drink gonna be available?

richard is my best friend his nickname on the hub is dobbyson he is the only person anybody should speak to at the lab!!!!! thanx for the tip Turtlek, my dealings with cyclelab 4ways has been a 50/50 - i reckon it depends who u deal with coz one time i called them to make a bike service booking and i was told to call back in 10 mins coz it's lunchtime Other times service has been good. Yello, I wanna know if you have used any online websites to purchase cycle goodies and if so which one's ..... I just wanna know what is good out there as in - comes recommended or which ones are - dodgy best avoided. Also if possible to give an example of a purchase made and if it worked out cheaper at the end of the day and date of purchased to date of receiving the goods. Thanks D
