  1. Hi All, What are you currently using as a bike rack to store your bikes in the garage? Was thinking of something similar to the below however i read somewhere it's not good to store MTB bikes this way as if left for certain amount of time oil leaks can occur from the shocks, any truth to this? Also wanting something strong that can be secured ( ideally theft proof if possible )
  2. I think so - Fair is Fair - good luck to both of you
  3. I'm in Weltevreden Park so closeby... LBS - local bike shop If u have household content insurance then that would cover the theft of the bikes from your garage. swsup972009-04-17 01:14:16

Question is - can someone explain how the model #'s work on these Raleigh RC bikes. for example - Is a RC2000 an earlier model than say the RC6000 or RC7000 - what is the major difference between all of them?swsup972009-04-12 12:55:38

  14. i think a lot of this Interval training is a means of trial and error - u can follow advice or take notes from a book - does'nt necessary mean that it will improve your performance. My suggestion would be to test it out and if it does not work for you then move on - do more research and try different options and use races as a measure to know whether u are improving or not.
