  1. Not recommended? Due to some technical bits at the start as mentioned? Can one go check it out and ride that before to see if it can work?
  2. I wanted to know if this can be done on a CX bike? See it's not to technical, so seems it would be ideal, but want to test the waters.
  3. What can I say....any colour as long as it's black.... Black or white is ok. I am boring like that.
  4. Did you ask him why? I know a lot of the teams ride Ultegra Cassette and Chains, as they can get more mileage on them (What I heard)
  5. Go to dcrainmaker.com if you want good reviews on all the Garmin's. Very detailed reviews but good if you are wondering about which one.
  6. So what is the guy's feeling about Canyon Aeroad road bikes on The Hub, those of you who do not know them you can look at another post or search the bikes. It was the bike of choice for the Pharma-Lotto team and Phillip Gilbert So do you rate them? or and why then?
  7. Getting a new bike soon, and after that article it just made me more excited that I stayed with Campy. Was tempted by Sram, but man Campy is just so cool and the passion of the guys are beautiful. I have been riding campy for 8 years now, 3rd campy groupset coming up and had, had an awesome time. My Chorus groupset on my bike now has been going on for ages and has given me no problems ever! Just love looking at there stuff... Thanks for the great link...
  8. I am a keen Triathlete buying a new bike. Not a tri specific bike but a Canyon Aeroad CF and i need to choose between a compact crank and a normal crank. I am leening to the normal as in a Ironman time trial a bigger gear ratio upfront will be good. On the hills the compact rules. So what to choose?
  9. Ok thanks. It is a Canyon Aeroad CF = Germany I currently ride a Giant TCR (2004) = Taiwan (Large)

  11. Ok, so I am thinking of ordering a road bike from a EU country, getting somebody to bring it in for me. How wrong can I go with measurement? I obviously know my bike frame size, but things like stem lengths? I can get it about right, but would a 110m stem vs 100mm stem make a big difference on a 58cm frame (large)? I know my crankset length and would then do a setup once I get the bike.
  12. Very nice!! Seen one at my LBS, and it is really nice. I just wanted to ride it and take it home. Congrats
  13. I just like a hardtail, like the hard ride. Still young, so I can take the hits. And a full susser is even more expensive and do not want a cheap fully, because it is then so heavy.
  14. Why only when your mates aren'y watching?
  15. So what are is the take on KTM MTB's? Are they any good and how is there 29ers? Like this one
