Ok, since Tromps's ride has been cancelled, and BMC made a fake mtb-ride available for a limited period of time, I am gonna give it a go.... Start at Dros centre, opposite Cape Gate. Will be about 70km, mostly gravel road, some tar and some single track (down majik) not up, enter from back... Hope some guys and gals will join. Start time 07h30

Ok, so I did a long ride this weekend, and now my back is KILLING me!!!! Was my first ride in 2 weeks, so it could just be a system shock... but just wanted to hear from you guys. My knees are 100%, so I don't think it is saddle height, and my saddle height is the same as my previous rides, where my back didn't ache. Please advise...... I think it is: (a) System shock or (b) Weak core muscles Thanks! J

have to disagree with you on this Lefty.... I really couldn't give a vlooi boud about Sauser, but I don't like the idea of your partner falling/getting a bug/dying or something and now you are also disqualified.... that's just silly!!
