  9. Barloworld do not only exist in South Africa. If they do not end their association with a team that gets caught doping, their reputation will be unfairly tarnished so it makes good business sense to end the relationship now. As you are new to this forum, I sugguest you take a look at some prior posts on this issue, particularly written this past weekend. There is further news to come about this teamfiasm2008-07-21 02:10:31

  11. Airlines apply strict rules to transporting these so it's best to follow their guidelines. Also, the transportation is at no extra charge, as a bike can form part of your baggage allowance, if packed correctly. As they indicate it must be a proper case, consider borrowing one rather than buying, as an alternative. fiasm2008-07-17 02:01:27
  12. hi, check the airlines' website. http://www.britishairways.com/travel/bagsport/public/en_za I am also flying soon with my bike (different airline though) and all the guidelines are available online.

  17. they're all good boredom busters but as I told others, you need to vary what you do on the IDT. For instance, start with a warm up and do 5 minute sets-one hard and the next not so hard. Good luck keeping at it for two hours, though!
