that's not fair to those who actually work very hard to race in this event and believe me, I know first hand how much effort these people go to. As was pointed out earlier, this is a non-selection event and anyone is free to enter.

Airlines apply strict rules to transporting these so it's best to follow their guidelines. Also, the transportation is at no extra charge, as a bike can form part of your baggage allowance, if packed correctly. they're all good boredom busters but as I told others, you need to vary what you do on the IDT. For instance, start with a warm up and do 5 minute sets-one hard and the next not so hard. Good luck keeping at it for two hours, though!
