    I think thy were on "dumb" trainers that does not adjust the resistance, I did 201 watt average and 392 max but then again I am not super fit and super strong and I am a old toppie.

    Frosty I created a loop around the airport, not hectic when you ride it with a bike outdoors but indoors quite hectic at 32km/h.

    I have to admit, I did stop halfway up the climb, just because when the second time check came-up I hammered it. Mr Long Donkey, you also did very well, so who is going to set-up the next race/online ride.

    Dumb trainer does not change your resistance unless you have a power meter then you should change it yourself.
