  1. Just had a look at the site and see that they are a clearance site. Fluidlines is the company that distributes Orca and Orbea so that could be why they have limited stock (they are selling though retail channel and clearing stock from past seasons as they say). We have created this store to ensure that Orca gives you the opportunity to buy our end-of-season products at unbelievably low prices, so you can “ kit “ yourself out in more Orca Tri-gear and buy that wetsuit you have been dreaming about!! Not only do we have Orca Tri-gear, wetsuits, Tri-clothing but a body care range called Triswim consisting of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash to rid your body of that “ toxic “ chlorine odour which we all get after a hard/easy pool session! Take a look at the great deals and bargains on all Orca merchandise from our previous season and reap the rewards of getting more for your money... but don’t forget to check your size against the size chart when placing your order at the top of the screen. From all of us at Orca enjoy the journey with us..

    Fork Spray

I posted this in the Tech Q&A but think that was not the correct forum. Sorry for the second post but new to this. Brunox DEO Recommended by Rock Shox® Spray a little Deo on the fork pillars before and after each ride and see the significant effect. Brunox Deo keeps the sealing rings flexible whilst resisting dust and dirt, ensuring optimal conditions for best performance at all times. Brunox Deo significantly protects seal, adjusting screws, fixings and all pneumatic parts of the forks. @FluidlinesGroup

  15. I have both Radar and M Frame. I use which ever is clean at that time. I like both but suggest that if you get the M Frame get the folding version as it is easier for traverling etc.
  16. Have a look at this part: The FC-7800C has an aluminium core to realize a lightweight yet very rigid construction
  17. Shimano introduces carbon Dura-Ace crankset http://www.bike-eu.com/public/Image/Bike%20Europe%20Website%20Dura%20Ace.jpgAt Eurobike Shimano introduced a carbon fiber Dura-Ace crankset. The FC-7800C has an aluminium core to realize a lightweight yet very rigid construction. By using this technology, Shimano developed a crank set that combines the best of both materials. The aluminium frame ensures a stiff set-up for optimal power transfer while the carbon saves weight. In numbers: weight of this crank set (including bottom bracket) is 709 grams and it is 10% stiffer than the aluminium Dura-Ace crank set FC-7800 that is already famous for its rigidity. FC-7800C has been developed with Shimano?s proven HOLLOWTECH II technology with an integrated bottom bracket. It uses identical bottom bracket bearing cups as FC-7800. The left crank arm features the same installation technology as current Shimano XTR to save some weight and to make installation even easier. This state-of-the-art crank set will be available in gear combinations 53/39T and 52/39T in crank arm lengths 170, 172.5 and 175mm. Michael Boogerd (Team Rabobank) and Markus Fothen (Team Gerolsteiner) have taken this crank set already to the ultimate test: the Tour de France. The crank set will be available as after market product from spring 2008. So who is going to get this????
  18. Ok thanks for all the advice and help so far. I will try the website 1st. Thanks SM but I cant even get the papers as BMW have already got them but lost them and only they can get a copy.
  19. Thanks for that. Problem is that they are all in JHB and me in WC. Maybe I should take IDT and Bike and ride while waiting in their offices. Anyone want to join me???
  20. I am sorry to do this on this forum but I am desperate. I bought a BMW a few years ago and financed it through BMW finance. When the said vehicle was paid up I asked for the reg. papers to be sent to me so that I could transfer into my name and sell out of hand as BMW offered a very poor trade in on the car. I was told that they could not send direct to me but had to send to Pavilion at the Waterfront etc etc. This would take 6 weeks. I waited and nothing arrived and I had a buyer for the car. Well I lost this buyer as he could not wait. The problem is now that I have lost 3 buyers in all and of course whatever value the vehicle has lost of the time of my struggles. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Wait for it. I have been trying to get the papers for 18 months now. I finally decided to go and see the local dealership principle from where I bought the car. I gave him a short version of what had happened and then said that I wanted to make my problem his as I wanted it sorted out. His answer was that it was not really his problem. So what I would like to know is: Does anyone have any contact at BMW or BMW Finance that I can contact who have enough pull to help me get this matter sorted out ASAP as I have now decided to give the car away and can only do that once I actually own the vehicle. Kind regards and thank you in advance Earp.
  21. HI Rude. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I am not sure that those in the know will agree with you. Apparently it has been tested that once you have gone over your LT and therefore anaerobic you cannot go back to aerobic for 7 to 9 hours. This means that if you are planning on doing a short racing where you can sustain aerobic activity for almost 3 hours that is ok but if you are looking at doing some more endurance events that will be 6 hours plus then better aerobic efficiency is what you are looking for. To be more aerobic efficient means that you need to do sustained efforts in your aerobic zone (long rides of 5 to 7 hours) and over time you will see that you get faster while your rate stays the same (this also works for running and is great for IM). You are now more aerobic efficient. There are other factors in a training program like this such as combining speed work etc into it but that is a little of the topic at this point.
  22. Or put a new one on and then ride the wheels of the rest of them who will be laughing @ u.
