Just finished my latest project this week Scott Cr1 build 7.3kg with training wheels and 6.9kg with racing wheels,

Best value for money would be a fairly new used carbon Giant or Scott with Ultegra, Should be able to pick one up for +- 12000.....

New or used?

I am in the market for deeper profile carbon racing wheels. I am not Brand conscious. I have seen the no name imported wheel sets being advertises on the web for between R5000 and R8000 new. Would appreciate some feedback from people that had some experience with these wheels?

I have a RC6000 aluminum bicycle coming in at +-8.5kg, how much weight would I save upgrading to carbon? What is the difference in frame weights between carbon and aluminum, for example how would rc6000 aluminum compare to rc6000 carbon?
