I have learnt that eating lesson a few weeks ago.....and the carbs lesson as well. Now I start eating from about a hour into the ride and then nibble on something every 30-45 minutes. Oh, and drink plenty water......

Great ride yesterday.......thanks to everyone! :w00t: Sir M, I will have to start a collection for you so you can get a new chain. The one you have is made up of 80% chain links and is at the end of it' s useful lifespan!
