I'm not saying Evans doped but he is a fraction of the man he was in passed years.... I do realize he is getting old but eleven the sprinters are kicking his ass on the large climbs. He didn't do much in the Vuelta either........

Am I the only one thinking that, after many years of these riders being up at the Yellow end of the TDF, that this year these TDF hopefuls are finding themselves t the middle/back of the pack because they are now riding clean: Gesink Evans Schleck Contador.........not the man he once was There are many more. Do you reckon it's because they are now just average riders because they are now riding clean? If not, what do you reckon the reason is? I'm in two minds about it but I reckon it could be the first reason. Then that makes Froomie super-human. Ps I do believe Froomie is riding clean.

Have you been to the Chiro. I had knee problems, I went to the Bio, physio and and surgery.....no better. I went to the Chiro, and after two week.....my knee was 100% Just a suggestion.

Zar......you can use this race as a training rIde. Just take it at your pace.......you will love it. Next race is 7th July....entries are open

If you haven't done this race yet, I strongly urge you to take a look at it. Awesome route with a bit of everything for every one in either the 30 or 60 km. I did it yesterday, what an awesome ride. It's on every month. Who of you have done it and what did you think?
