Did a loop of most of the farms this weekend. Bloemendal - Hillcrest - Contermans - Hoogekraal - Faircape . In awe of the natural beauty of the land around us, it's a massive privilege for us to be able to share it with the private land owners. A massive shout out to them and the trails builders and the TygerbergMTB club keeping them open for members. Chapeau to you all !!

Great to hear that Cape Nature involved. Tyberberg MTB club also signed up as affected party. Will hate to have to stare at a another quarry in the area. Protect the Renosterbos ! ????????

Will be a very sad day if we won't be able ride there. This is for sure one of the best trails in the country.

Hi Guys, seems like Cpt Citi Council putting a lot of emphasis on trying to resolve Citi traffic congestion, they have a platform where general public can comment on concerns and ideas. Would be great if we can get as much comments as possible towards the safety concerns around the mugging hot spots on the cycling lane ( Woodstock - Paarden Island) Word from the inside is that they are actively looking at this portal on concerns and suggestions. Beer break during tdf 1921..

Dual suspension much more forgiving than Hard tail, added a HT race machine to the bike quiver start of 2015.. Have had many more offs than when riding my DS. Also not touching my PB's going down on my local trails. Going up is different story though.. the couple of seconds I loose going down I'm taking back in minutes going up. I like the "connected " feel of the HT on the trails but miss the comfort and forgiveness of DS. Just remember N+1.. you need both!
