Went on at 09h04 and got number 3070. All good, doing the trail again, nice and chilled, stayed the rest of the weekend and watched the other races finish, nice mid year break, I think next year will be great, 10 year anniversary.

I did, twice , no response.

I know , I know, about freaking time.

It's a new section they put in, it is where you exit the trail and turn right back to the car park and yes it was put in to slow us down, it's like a cattle grid, but the train track they used is quite far apart and the speed bump is small but very effective. It's not a problem if you park and ride, only if you ride to the park and then do the trail. It's relatively new, put it that way.

A guy crashed quite badly on the way into modder, well at least before he hit the trails, sounds like he hit the new speed bump then face planted into the cattle bridge, i think he broke his nose, lost all his front teeth and possibly broke his arm, hope you doing ok dude.

I need hill training badly.

I think a mate of mine bought that Yeti from morningside cycles, it is white and silver, works well, has fox front shock, rear clearance is fine in dry conditions, the mud may be a problem.

These are cheaper on chain reaction I think.

They are, they have a decent rubber sole just like a skate board shoe, I don't think they are very hard wearing but they look cool.

Specialized do these, not actually for riding but will work.

Another question, do you not clip back in by mistake when you are not supposed to with these pedals, does the clip in part stick up above the pedal.
