  1. Speedi have you won a race (classic with atleast 70 participants) the last year in the pro bunch? If you have you'll respect any cyclist who can do so, even getting a top 5 is good..
  2. Your chain might be too short..

  6. OK, Both weelsets are above standard, Easton is a better wheel to me with good backup in SA.
  7. These are ZIPP 404 CYCLOCROSS... Not ordinary ZIPP 404.
  8. Easton EC90 aero- weight 1335 grams, The EC90 Aero is the upgrade for the popular Tempest II carbon wheel set. However, it now comes with new Easton-made 56mm carbon rims laced to Easton R4 hubs; the EC90 Aero is stiffer and faster than its predecessor. Deep section rims offer incredible rotational and lateral stiffness providing quick acceleration and a smoother ride. This is a great hand-built road-racing wheel, but is equally at home for triathlons or cyclocross. Dont think Zipp can say that. Easton's are made to last.Mercx2008-10-03 08:25:28
  9. Was racing for Harmony Schwinn last year and broke his leg, on a motorbike...
  10. Its true man... it is just your body speaking to you and telling you that it doesnt like what you are doing to it!! If you can see pain as an argument with your body and not as a physicall thing' date=' you can push yourself easier through it... Just choose to ignore it... know it cant be that good for you but if comes between a win and a loose, you just have to...[/quote'] Its true, but much easier said than done. Otherwise we would all be a bunch of Contadors and Armstrongs on the climbs and T.T's..
  11. Pain is an illusion of the brain!!!

  18. You can refill them by using a bigger higher pressured Co2 cillinder and a pressure gage, get yourself a Lift regulator Screw it onto the Co2 cannister fill it with the higher pressured cillinder (WATCH THE PRESSURE GAGE) and close the regulator. It will cost you more if you have to have alot but if you want to re-use only 1 it will probably work. Dont try this if you're not afraid it might blow up in your face Mercx2008-09-19 07:57:31
  19. Have anybody used these pedals? http://www.aerolitepedals.com/images/clipandpedal.jpg The Lite Pedal seen to the left is the lightest pedal on the market today. At a mere 35 grams each (approximately 1.2 oz) of rotating weight, Lite pedals by AeroLite use less physical energy. The pedal is constructed of aerospace grade titanium 6A-4V, and Turcite?. The bearing surface is then hand finished. This pedal is also the strongest on the market. They have been independently* stress-tested to over 3600 foot-pounds in a shear-crack test. The cleat is designed of DuPont Zytel? ST nylon and is formed to wrap around the pedal with a maximum of 1320 pounds of tension to keep you attached to the pedal until you are ready to get out. When you want out, just lift the inside edge of your foot and you are out. The cleat can be mounted to most popular shoes, including the SPD floating mounts. Custom mounting is also available from AeroLite. When the cleat and pedal are placed together, they are still the lightest on the market and weigh in at less than 100 grams for the pair (approximately 3.5 ounces). In addition to being lighter than any other pedal on the market, they cost less.
