But I do agree, young bodies need to be conditioned before riding the epic. I suppose if all they do is cycle it wouldnt do that much harm, but it would still hurt them in the long run. The young roadies such as kingjried i think could manage, just need to wait a year or two

My friend was a training camp last month at midmar dam with Mr Price team mates, they came in for a final sprint and his own team mate took him down. This is the end result. And his bike did look that. Look at his hand!!!!! geez that must hurt alot
