I was keen on buying SIDI's but after I saw the new BG shoes from Specialized I'm confused. I want to buy something desent that will last for a couple of years. The BG fittet shoes will help to improve my pedal stroke to support my knee

Thanx crudmonkey - this might be the posible problem. Sounds good. Will hear what the guys at SSISA say. Stretching will prob help to even out the tight muscles.

Hey I'm having problems with my knee after cycling for a long time now. This problem only showed up now and I have got a proper bike setup, done by cyclelab and I feel great on the bike. Here is some pics of a left knee to show the area... the side of the knee The problem seems to be in the small bone on the side of the knee. I only feel this after my rides, but lately I became even more painful and the pain does not really go away. Not sure if it has something to do with my hips/anckle or lenth of my legs but something is irratating this area and the tendon or whatever may be there is not liking this. I have a appointment at the biokenetic department in Cape town at the Sport Science Institude of SA. My question to you guys is - do some of you have this problem aswell?? and what is your solution to this?? This looks like a situation for not being able to cycle for a while Cheers

CWC online is not that bad but they don't really have bikes on their site. Hey everyone I'm in the proses of looking at a new bike, but I'm confused and afraid that I may miss something while only fcused one a few brands. I'm looking for something with Dura Ace groupset and some nice wheels with good color scheme. I'm willing to spend anything between 20K - 35K. Help with some pics of bikes and prices plz. Still need to get the cash - students don't just have that kind of money in their backpockets or even in the bank!! Thanx

Hey ppl. I was wondering if any of you guys use a shorter crank arm on one side to compensate for a shorter or longer leg?? This might be weird or not but I'm having problems with my knee/upper calf muscle. One the side of your leg next to your knee, down on the side there is a small bone one can feel. Some ppl's show more than others and the pain I'm having is in this area and moving down into the calf. Did a proper bike steup at Cycle Lab and everyting else feels great. Anybody got the same problem or feeling?? After the ride its sore but the next day its better again. Thanx
