  2. Wheels 1st 100% Then fork. If you wanting to save weight look at seat, post, bars and stem as well. That saves alot of weight. Dont get XT wheels, get a set of ztr wheels

  15. Use jagwire ripcords. They are 100% covered all the way to the derailers. I use them. And they come in alot of colours

  18. Iv got the K18's Most powerfull and easy to use brakes iv used as yet. They are awesome! You can find pads very easily.

  20. Hahahahahaha I prefer sram, I had shimano, sold it and got X9/X0 now, had xt/xtr. The sram is much smoother, doesnt take as much maintaining as shimano, gear shifts are smooth as silk, found shimano a little clunky. Sorry JB but shimano is crap compared to sram. And ASTANA, Sram X0 is comparale to XTR by the way. SRAM all the way

  22. Ok done and it works!!! But the shifter now needs to be blocked to only shift 2 and not 3? sram x0 grip shift, anybody know how?

  25. How would I set my FD to use only 2 rings instead of the 3? Iv taken granny gear off and would now like to do the conversion myself instead of taking it to an LBS because iv just bought a new Sram X9 FD and this hasnt been setup on a bike yet. My old LX was setup for only 2 rings but I didnt do it. I know you have to use the screws to lock the 1 ring off but please could somebody explain in more detail please. Thanks Hubbers
