    It always feels as if I'm gonna kick the sh1te out of my bb (thinking back to the Stellenbosch MTB challenge last year)....it does help with relief of frustration though...

    only problem with the cheap shimanos is that when one has stepped in a pile of mud...it takes about 10 pedalstrokes to get the cleat in....and then once it is in, it takes some preplanning to get it out again!!!
