that's still a fair bit of ascend regardless of the distance
rolling up and around table mountain, i wouldnt even think of a 38T....or i just need to level up.

Issue I have have with in car storage is it make you easily think you can run errands while the bike is safe inside...not in skelmbosch or surrounds (rest of SA).
On the rack you know it's just to and fro the trails and nowhere else.
Cone option with a clear briefing on the start line probably should suffice.
Spraying the road isn't legal and unless pre approved it won't fly by the CoCT.
should be good as this particular venue allows for numerous decent spectator points without having to walk a marathon...
sadly giving it a miss for the first time in a few years
