  1. Unless ppl want it separate. Won't be active until March though. They're using their employees as guinea pigs until then
  2. Nah, this ties in to the whole vitality thing as well, so I think this is the perfect place for it. Very strong reliance on vitality as a whole.
  3. Anton Bosman aka The Sherriff aka Wyatt Earp, of Summit Bikes / Cycles in jhb. Not to be confused with the online Summit Bikes.
  4. At the Disco launch / product update right now. Apparently it's the launch of Discovery Bank. Will update with more info a bit later
  5. http://ubleisure.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/2009-Honda-CRF-450-X-1-black.jpeg Or a CRF 450x... joh. Which wouldn't suit as not road legal
  6. http://ubleisure.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Honda-XL-600-Custom-Build-2.jpeg one of these (XL600) would be super...
  7. Yeah, but no. How difficult is it to register a project bike?
  8. I'd say pretty often. As a commuter after I drop my lightie off in the mornings, and then when he's ready to go on the back, taking him to school on it as well. Then also on adventures every now and then... And noted re the happy button. 300EXC road legal? Hmmmmmm. Always wanted a smoker for myself! EDIT: But. It may not be the best route to go... lol
  9. DEFINITELY the original. What sort of repair work does it need? Glass-repair?
  10. Any particular reason, or just 'cos it's easier? I'm not averse to kicking, but I do know that the leccie start is a lot easier. TT600 - saw one, tell me more?
  11. Yeah, there's this one at 46k, so they're available.
  12. Just wanted to see if there's anything I should know about the old / newer thumpers, just in case my glasses are a bit too rose-tinted.
  13. Then this at 29k https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/187139648864043
  14. Okay. Question time. I've been strongly considering a moto for a looong time, and I think next year is the time to get one. Finally. My budget won't be large, and will probably extend to about 30/40k with luck. I have a very strong hankering for something simple, so a single cylinder thumper would probably be my best bet. I'm also considering going for one of the old favourites. These are what I'm looking at. XT500 XR500/550/650 DRZ400 I have ridden extensively in the past, and am decent with my hands and engines, until it gets very electronic. I'd LOVE a superduke 690, but my budget (sadly) won't extend that far. Anyone with tips / ideas / advice? Are the old singles still considered to have good availability of spares, or is it a case of wellyourefucked if you pop a big end / rod / valve?
  15. I think it's one of the best superhero movies out, to be honest.
