  3. Hi All, Was wondering how someone can ride a race, without been able to change a tube during race. I was doing a race a couple of weeks ago, Bela-Bela, just after halfway a young lady standing on the side with a puncture. No One stopped, I stopped and lost a couple of minutes. Maybe I am wrong, but I think changing a tube is a basic knowlege that is needed if riding alone as she was. Regards,

  16. Hi Guys, Sorry for my bad explination. I did put a 10 speed cassette on, ratio 11/28 if I understand correctly. I currently have the same 10 speed cassette on the mavic as well. So Ja **** confused ***** when he mentioned the spacer. Regards,
  17. Hi Guys, Maybe I can get some advise please. I have a cannondale Supersix 105 spec. My bike has Mavic Aksium rims on it. I had a brand new pair of rims at home, (shimano R2-10), and I had a new shimano 105 cassette fitted 11/28. I want to use these rims for training, suspect the mavics are better and dont need to get unneccesary damage. My plan was to use the shimanos for training, The guy at the shop said I need to put a spacer/washer +/- 1mm over threaded part where skewer goes through which locate into the stays / hanger, the spacer to fit between axle nut and frame. Apparently mavic and shimano have different spaces. I am not that good with the technical details. all advice would be appreciated. Regards
  18. Hey Guys, Another thing, if You see them at robots (when they stop), You'll notice beggars don't go near them. Was stuck at a robot one day in sandton, black BMW and Audi, blue light going. I asked the guy whom I had just given some cash, why he doesn't go to them as well to ask for money, He said they get out and hit them, swear at them and so on.
