yeah look I would never try to fix it myself, I just wondered what it could be, would I have to buy a new shock, this is my worry.

I have a Merida with Fox 36Talas 160 R-OB 20 Taper, it, used to have 3 settings, 100mm, 130mm and 160mm. It now only runs 160mm permanently the other 2 settings are not working at all. I have tried to release all pressure and re-pressure, to no avail. Anyone have an idea as to what could be the problem?

I probably sound crazy but i think it could be mixed material, higher percentage ally with pewter mixed. Could be.

Perhaps gout? Not sure if it only affects one though.. Acidic foods, gout affects the weakend joint, this is my understanding.
