  1. First up is my pride & joy - 2019 Giant Anthem Adv Pro 1 with a few upgrades. Secondly is my Scott Scale 920 (MY 2015) which I've converted into a sort-of-gravel-bike thing. I would still love to own a proper gravel bike with the correct gearing etc.
  2. Where did you buy your shirts Jakkals?
  3. Hi, do you need that setback post? Could extend your stem by 10/20mm and buy a normal Lyne dropper. I used 1 for over a year without a single problem.
  4. Thanks Rouxenator Yes, they're finishing the bridge as we speak. I saw it on their FB page
  5. Thanks Rouxenator. I take it you've done the 60? Anything specific we need to worry about? How accurate is the total ascent? I've done a 50km race at Bottelary and it was great (long ago though)
  6. I have too- thus far my favourite. After testing numerous other saddles
  7. That is some transformation! Congrats
  8. From a fellow Hubber in Cape Town. His ads are listed - search for carbon rigid. Link below https://www.bikehub.co.za/classifieds/289555-carbon-29er-rigid-fork-9mm-qr-ud-matt/
  9. I've been following this thread for quite some time now Finally bought myself a 29er carbon hardtail once more. Never used my road bike and thought this would make more sense as a type of gravel/road/commute bike Considering how relatively cheap it has been- i'm stoked with the outcome. Still a work in progress...

  17. Here is my beautiful steed
  18. I've have exactly the same problem. My however occurred while finishing the 100-miler in Malmesbury. I am still not 100% fine but I am slowly getting there. You should visit a physio or biokinetisist. Also check your cleat setup. This made a major difference in my comfort levels.
  19. Specialized, Cannodale, Scott and Giant

Amazing value, good looking Large weighs 10.8 with shimano 520 and heavy maxxis tyres Carbon SLK handlebar, stem and FSA seatpost Full XT 20 speed and even XT brakes Combine that with a SID and good looks I think it is unbeatable- R21 000??? http://www.silverbacklab.com/2011_website_SILVERBACK/storm1.htm
