Thanks guys... the race was really well organized!!! As this was my backyard when growing up... I have a slightly biased opinion, BUT.... The new route Ultra was awesome with loads of Forrest climbing, and downhill... and some of the most awesome mountain trail landscapes that makes this race totally unique Yes!! It was a hard race as always before... But definitely worth the trip from Cape Town... time and again!! Well done Barberton XCM... I'LL BE BACK

Mmmmm. A quick question to all the experts out there...? Would said athlete be liable to pay back winnings after first test was taken...? That means winnings from Epic 2015 podium and stages etc..? Just interesting, as this could amount to well over ZAR80000, if I'm not mistaken.. And then , will their innocent Epic team mate be liable for forking out their deserved share of the loot..? Just because their team mate was a bamboozler....? Wow, this could be a costly one.. If that is the case?

It's rather a matter of dodging the legal fees involved to try and prove the "innocence"... And .. And..... The other sad sad BS... And THEN....still loose.. Like when racing a bike and finding out competition is quite hard without the aid of synthetic talent.... Eeaaaoooooch!

If an anti doping regulator charges an athlete for a doping violation, and immediately the athlete accepts the charges(purely based on the fact that he is already retired in his mind, and thus no longer affected by the sentence) or perhaps because he has been waiting for the truth to catch up ... If the athlete decides to ignore the fact that a TUE was not given and takes it upon himself to risk " his life/ livelihood" then so be it.. If he gets busted.. He asked for it!! He deserves it.... Makes one wonder, if there ever was any real talent...?

Just to get it out of the way... A Quick question to you Criminal law experts out there? Question 1: What are the implications, if a RIDER (lets call him "the RIDER"), had a former team mate busted for the use of EPO(lets just call him ...."Tjorts") Shortly after the busting of team mate "Tjorts", "The RIDER".. quickly runs of to thePolice to give and affidavit.. stating that he did not know about this doping practise, and never.. (not even ..ever) did he have anything to do with doping in sport or even sniffing Jelly powder...? and then he disappears for a week..... About 3 years later, "the RIDER" after being contacted by a national anti doping authority ....admits to doping....? Oooooops... Surely then, the statement in the affidavit a few years earlier was a false statement?... AKA: The RIDER lied to the police? Thus a VERY "Bad Boy" Isn't lying to the police a criminal offence? Question 2: If "The RIDER", spent some time sharing a prison cell... Will even the best pair of Assos shorts ever make Mountanbiking fun again...?

How many appendixes can you possibly have ..? I thought we were all issued with one only..?
