what about the polar accessories ? will you be able to pair it the accessories with ANT+ devices?
  7. can't wait to get my hands on the giant anthem advanced 29er, rumour is that they will only be one carbon model (black, white and red) in SA. They swopped the sram for shimano XT. Think its gonna give the current 29er dual sussers a run for their money!
  8. thx sorted! now to find a .gpx file fo the chicken pie route..you don't perhaps have it? I heard it is quite tricky to follow... :-)

  10. Hi all Exploring new mtb routes has been made more easy with gps devices but I find sharing these routes is still quite tricky. The two main avenues I explored: Garmin connect - has limited mtb routes Endomondo - has a couple of routes but I can't export it to my garmin My current work around solution is to view the course and construct it on garmin connect or bikeroutetoaster and then export it, this takes quite a while and single track sections is going to be quite tough to do (haven't tried it as yet) Ideally I would like to export from endomondo to garmin, does anybody know how? Is there any other suggestions? Cheers
  11. I've got your solution. I bought a nice pair of bibs and promptly got about a 5mm round hole in them when they hung up on something in the garage. So, take a sacrificial t-shirt that is about the same color as what you're fixing and cut a piece out of it that is the size of the hole plus about 50% for a patch. On the inside of the lycra clothing, put the patch over the hole and then apply Goop glue over the entire thing. You'll should end up with a 'Goop' patch about twice the size of the original hole and 50% bigger than the patch. Let it dry for a day or 2 and then wear/wash as usual. The ugly part is on the inside and you have to look very close to see anything unusual.
