  1. 2012 M10...
  2. Looks like I will be joining you!
  3. Log onto the website, query your seeding... A query may be logged by going to http://seeding.cycletour.co.za/findme.aspx?ss=2&eid=2014, where you will be able to leave a brief description of your query. Only one query per person will be entertained.
  4. I am a licensed rider placed in G
  5. I really do not see the point of going all out just to get a great seeding???? I requested a re-seeding. If declined, Good Bye Argus!
  6. I must admit, Tour Durban and OFM...Great races, Great Events...Extremely well organized and Extremely Fast! The ASG stuff...Shocking!
  7. Those are all PPA events right? That will teach me!
  8. If this is how the organizers want to do things then they can expect a serious decline in numbers but more so the serious rider! I bust my ass last year doing all the seeding events! I traveled to Durban, Bloemfontein and and and....This is just completely insane. I can see many many many accidents happening. Imagine what Chappies will look like?
  9. The seeding times are a stuff up of note!
  10. Soort soek sort ne! Japanese with Japanese Italian with Italian American with Japanese French with Italian Bel with Italian And so the list will grow... For the record, my Nago has Dura Ace on...
  11. I agree with you...Imagine Giant with Campy? Imagine a Raleigh with campy on?
  12. Check the pics on Page 1! A picture is worth a thousand words.....
  13. Janos Rocks!
  14. But Bloem is so flat, when you chase your dog away you can see it running away for weeks!
  15. Bryton! Worse piece of junk under sun and don't even talk about the poor service from the local agent! My word...absolutely shocking! The rear mounting bracket failed and the head unit went for a skip. I sent the head unit in to have the case replaced and was told that the warranty was void due to "abuse"....anyway, swallowed a bitter pill and moved on. I vowed to never again support the Bryton brand... Garmin, Yeah'Ness! I purchased the Edge 800 and I have been happy ever since. I have a sticky stop/start button which I hope will be sorted after 94.7.
  16. Macrabi is the name of the company!
  17. Wemmer Pan to be exact, they repair anything carbon and fibre glass related...
  18. Had a similar issue, I literally stuck the head of the seat post in a vice grip and gently twisted left to right a few times and walla...it was free to move...try it? Otherwise there is a carbon place by Rosettenville that sorts out little issues like this...
  19. Runners get the best stuff under the sun. I'm glad to hear that you think ASG is doing a sterling job. When reflecting back to the many events I participated in, today was an absolute joke!
  20. Wonderful route! How many participants? 3000 or so and NOOOOOOOO safety pins! Lets not talk about the 120k's I travelled to get to the event of the R150 spent on meals.....If race organizers are here to rip me off then NO THANKS! I will support the Cycle Challenge, The Argus and Tour Durban because in my own opinion, the organizers are in it for the sport of CYCLING and not monetary gains! As of today I will not participate in any ASG events.
  21. Agreed, Goodie Bags are NOT the point of CYCLING! What I am questioning here is are you, the participant getting value for your money?
  22. WoW! Time must really be tough...Goody bags...understandable...but Safety Pins....DAMN! Who is making all the profits? Travelled 32k's to cyclelab, no parking....I guess I wont be supporting another race in Gauteng.
  23. The Mrs had her new device lifted from her handbag whilst watching a movie at Nu-metro Bedfordview. I called Nashua probably 20 minutes after noticing this and requested have the line locked and sim blocked and and and and and..... The next day I get a R5500 bill! Talk about incompetence! So, you give them hell!
