Sad what this country is coming too, my gardener came to work on Saturday, parked his bike behind a 6 foot brick wall in the front, worked in the back most of the day, and when it came home time, no bike.

Why do they not sell brushes in a kit specifically for bikes. Cyclelab has a cleaning kit but it excluded brushes.

They do night rides at Rietvlei as well, the problem I have is that I battle to stay on my bike in the day, what the hell would happen in the dark???

Agreed. Need to find a win win solution for all.

A couple of clubs in the south of JHB do this and it seems to work. I also think the bunches are too big sometimes when cyclist meet and this then creates the problem of being all over the road.

After making the decision recently to do more MTB than road, i bought a new MTB and traded in the raleigh that I had. Bought a Specialised M$ frame and put disc brakes on. You cannot believe the difference between the two MTB's. Handling and control is soooo much better on the specialised.
