My case was similar to yours and the judge?s ruling was that due to the shop negligence they were responsible for the loss that I had incurred.

It just seems that these types of things are happening more often now days. The PPA is all talk and the Police are unable to do anything about it. The same thing almost happened to me at the same place 3 weeks ago. I was riding solo because that area has always been safe in my eyes. I went to the cops to tell them that someone tried to knock me off my bike to rob me. The officer told me that they could not do anything because technically nothing happened.

I will from now on ride with my 45 and trust me I will use it!

Toss the Dale and get a bike with Sram components(Scott Spark 35). Sram will last much longer than Shimano.

Hi Frail It was an informative chat that we had at the Expo yesterday. It?s not often one meets a person with so much passion to help others and not expect anything in return. That said the question has to be asked: are you sure that you will be able to do 4 laps on Sunday? The wind is going to be a killer again.

I was knocked of my bike in 1998 and was told I must never ride again. I nearly lost my right leg, broke ribs, fractured my scull and had serious spine injuries. I started riding 2 years ago and I must say that the level driving by motorist has dropped in the last 10 years. I?m in but we need to contact KFM and make them aware of the idea. They back cycling so it will be in their interest to do so and we will be able to get the message to the masses.
