  1. The same method described here. http://www.cube.eu/en/service/faq/faq-detail/article/how-do-i-determine-the-correct-frame-size/ Remember, only an indication to start. If your torso is shorter than "normal" you may end up stretching too much and after three or so hours on the road it becomes a problem . So take a frame size smaller i.e from 56 to 54. Best is to go to your local bike shop for advice after they have "assessed" your body build.
  2. Many bike shops have this contraption. Steps - stand barefoot on floor. Feet about 20 cm apart - Take something like a broom stick and "pull up" horizontally along the inside one leg as far as you comfortably can. the top end of the broom diameter to the ground is your measurement. - If you voice pitch is very high suddenly, you are doing it wrong ...
  3. Take inside leg, multiply with 0.66 i.e. if it is 85cm .66*85 =56 frame It is a good start.
  4. I get if for the cs 500(web sync), not the rs 800 (must use weblink)
  5. I have the Polar software installed and can upload via Polar weblink. This does not give me hrm files. Has anyone done this before? Thanks
  6. So how do I get hrm files from my Polar rs800. I installed Polar Weblink and can upload to Polarpersonaltrainer.com via the IR memory stick. Any help appreciated, I run Win 7. Thanks
  7. Tragic and unnecessary. Condolences to his family Very sad
  8. Organisers forgot to "man" the one traffic light down Koningin Welhelmina - almost got taken out crossing a red light with cars crossing!!!! What happened there? Otherwise enjoyable
  9. Thanks Tankman Still, anyone used it?
  10. Maybe - hope so ! It does not say widths but I measured 143 on Specialized's meter. If the Fizik Arione I have works, why not this one? Is the Antares just not as wide? Thank you
  11. I have the "normal" Fizik Arione and have been looking at these for a while. Anyone ridden one and opinion? Experience and views appreciated. http://www.chainreac...x?ModelID=46953 (on special at crc)
  12. 29 Full Suspension (Trek) - I had a 26 HT. What a difference (my ... after a ride and on terrain)
  13. Yes it is worth it
  14. Crasher, do you know how it will compare to the Epic Specialized bikes? Thanks
