Having to go twice at 2 different locations for number collection is ridiculous! They should do 1 big Expo where you can get both the MTB and Road race numbers.

To be honest I'm a Suunto fan, never had a Garmin though. Have 4 Suuntos in the house and never any issues. I've replace the housing on the one, more of a facelift form all the scratches and never had issues with the suppliers. I guess as it is on amy brand its who you get behind the counter that day and whats wrong with the device.

Its such a tiny amount of air i would presume, shouldn't make much of a difference if any.

Not stupid at all. Did less training for my first one and did it on a Mtb and finished in 4:20. Agree with the comments above, slicks will change your world on the road.

Definitely pricey for what you got but thought it was better than last year, also no major accidents that I know of. Missed some snacks at the water points but thats it.
