Hell - I wonder what went wrong, I could see only good things happening for the Sport in terms of exsposure. I know a couple of my non cycling buddies who are into F1 were getting excited about the deal.

Forgot to mention as well that the missus who has not any interest at all in sort of war movie/series watched everyone of the episodes with me, even towards the end asking me when it was on tv. That gives an idea to anyone who has not seen the series how good it is !!

Yea - battle of the bulge coverage was excellent. This series make any other war series look a little weak.

Band of Brothers is brilliant, have watched it twice. Strange to see whatchamacallit from friends playing the roll of a **** !!

What is it like on that bridge crossing over the N1 on Hans Srydom - looks seriously narrow and everytime I drive over it there seems to be a great deal of traffic and very little space for a bike?

Hell that is just around the corner from me. Shame the poor little boy - no mom. My heart goes out to the family.

Would love to commute this route (MTB) but the work I do dictates I have a car. Would be interested to see if anyone does this though.

That is so sad - condolences to all friends, club members and family. It is always terrible when we lose a fellow cyclist but being so close to home really hits hard.

Must admit, I have had XT`s and Avids - currently on XX`s and have never had problems with either. Have always run scintered metal pads due to the variety of conditions I ride/race in.
