G'day Anyone found a good HRV app that is either compatible with their Fenix3, Garmin Connect or the HRM-Run strap (I though it was Bluetooth but haven't manged to find it on my phone with the apps I have tried for iOS - Elite HRV and HRV4Training) Looking for trending over time and training intensity recommendations given the stress levels.   8. I have about 5 plugs in my front tyre. As soon as they give up the ghost or wear out it's Conti protections for me. X-king front, Race King back.
  9. Question: my bike has just gone in for its first service. 1230km down. Was told they needed to replace the front wheel bearings, pivot and BB bearings. Is this normal? I've heard bearings can dry out while in shipment but this seems a little ridiculous. The bike itself is absolutely incredible, just hope all that awesomeness isn't coming the price of daintiness. Keen to hear the rest of your experiences.
